Following the arson attack on Princes Park Youth FC's clubhouse, which caused £100,000 damage, Barnet FC and Nationwide Building Society have joined forces to give the boys and girls at the club a day out at Underhill.

Two hundred free match tickets have been distributed to the young players for the match against Stalybridge Celtic on Saturday, when a collection is being held.

The donation is part of the new Nationwide Supporters of Tomorrow scheme, which lets Barnet FC reward youth organisations.

Joining the Park youngsters are more than 200 primary school pupils.

Barnet FC's marketing manager Kevin Mullen said: "When we heard about the arson attack we wanted to show the young players that we cared and wanted to give them a day out. With over 400 children cheering us on, it should be a great day."
