YOUNG athletes and over 150 members of the public attended a reception on Tuesday (Jan 22) to celebrate a number of recent successes for the borough's sports teams.
The event also provided an opportunity to thank the volunteer coaches and parents who also make an invaluable contribution. It took place in the Princes Room of Ealing Town Hall, New Broadway, Ealing and was organised by the Active Ealing team.
Teams that received recognition included the Ealing Swimming Team; the Under-13 London Heathrow Youth Games (LHYG) Boys' and Girls' Cricket Teams; the LHYG Cross-country team; the Nova Trampoline Club; and the LHYG Weightlifting Team.
