THERE were thrills and spills in Seaview yesterday (Wednesday) for the annual regatta.
The three-day regatta, which is due to end today, features a host of events, including the infamous greasy pole and a spectacular diving competition.
Wowing the hundreds lined along the shore and those huddled in the 40 or so boats in the bay, was Harry Gilder, 15.
Harry, who lives in Cheltenham, performed an impressive back flip.
He said: "I haven't really practised or anything, I just thought I would go for it."
Other events include tug-of-war, sailing, swimming, shore sports and rowing.
