A SANDOWN man, arrested two months ago on suspicion of rape, has been re-bailed by police.
Officers were called to Ryde Esplanade at around 7.40pm on November 25, by a 37-year-old woman alleging she had been sexually assaulted by a man she had recently spent time with.
The 37-year-old man has been re-bailed until March 9, pending further inquiries.
