PATIENTS at Ventnor Medical Centre are being advised the practice's phones are currently out of action.
The system went down yesterday and it is not known when it will be fixed.
Patients who need to contact their GP should call the usual 08445 769260 number, which has been diverted to a mobile number, and leave a message. Their call will be returned as soon as possible.
