Councillor Chris Noyce is the leader of the rump of the Liberal Democrats who lost nearly 20 seats on Harrow Council last May.
Having shown such devastating leadership qualities, he now claims that "his proposal" will lead to Harrow schools' delegated budgets being protected from cuts next year.
What a hypocrite, and what a short memory he must have: this coming from the man whose own party, when in control, had the dubious honour of being the only party on this council to ever cut schools' delegated budgets in Harrow.
Thank goodness we are not dependent on him. The reality is that Harrow Labour Group gave an election pledge (which it kept) not to cut schools' delegated budgets.
Who does Chris Noyce think he is kidding? Why does he bother with such disinformation? Sadly, it seems ingrained in the Liberals out-dated and out of focus perspective to deliberately mislead.
Councillor Archie Foulds (Labour),
Kenton East Ward, Harrow Council
