A MOTOR boat on fire in Bembridge Harbour had to be hauled ashore by a tractor before firefighters could tackle it.
Fire crews from Bembridge and Ryde were called out at 2.10pm yesterday (Wednesday) to extinguish the blaze.
The vessel, which was not moored, was reported to be well alight in the harbour.
A tractor had to tow it until it grounded so that firefighters could tackle the blaze.
