A MOTORCYCLIST has been injured in an accident this morning (Tuesday).
The rider came of their bike on Whippingham Road, Whippingham near Priory School, at around 8.15am.
An ambulance was called, but the rider's injuries are not believed to be serious, according to Hampshire and Isle of Wight police.
The incident caused traffic delays in the area. Whippingham Road, from the Racecourse Roundabout was only partially open at 8.45am according to police.
