THE top maternity hospitals in the country are to be recognised by a special award.
The UK MUM Awards have been launched to recognise the maternity hospitals and community units which have offered the best care to parents whose babies experienced difficulties at birth.
Parents with babies who survived after receiving exceptional care have been invited to nominate their hospital by visiting babylifeline.org.uk.
