MUSIC fans turned out last night (Friday) to support a gig to raise money towards a £10,000 reward for information about what happened to missing teenager Damien Nettles.

The gig, held at Cowes Yacht Haven, was organised by family friend Gennive Woolston and featured music from a host of bands.

Money raised by the event will go towards a fund set up by the family of Damien Nettles, who disappeared almost 16 years ago and who police believe may have been murdered.

Among those to attend, was Damien's mother Valerie, who has been on the Isle of Wight to discuss the case with police.
