Football boss Peter Shreeves helped Hertfordshire County Council kick off National Adoption Week in the county.
The former Spurs manager and Wales team coach -- who has two godchildren who are adopted -- was helping the council's social services department in their new campaign to encourage people to come forward as adopters or foster carers. The campaign, which aims to find families for 85 children who are growing up in care, coincides with National Adoption Week. For information telephone the family placement service on 01727 866505.
