PLANS for new landfill sites on the Island will come back before the Isle of Wight Council early next year.
Earlier this year consultants reported the Island could be just five years from filling its existing landfill sites.
A public consultation on the consultants’ findings has ended and a report is being prepared to go before councillors in 2010.
