Allenbuild (formerly Eve Construction) will now begin work on a 52-week scheme, which involves the renovation of a tower block.
The contract follows the company's success in completing stage one of the development last year.
Andy Kimber, Managing Director of Allenbuild (South East), is "delighted" with the award.
