More than 100 young athletes from Bucks clubs had an enjoyable afternoon at the Handy Cross Sports Centre when Wycombe Phoenix Athletics Club hosted the final in the series of the Sports Hall events.
The athletes, all under 15, took part in running, throwing the javelin, shot putt, high jump, long jump, and relays, ending in the Grand Prix for the under 11s.
These events, sponsored by Norwich Union and Reebok, are a national series with regional county teams and individual competitors contesting the final at Birmingham later in the year.
