As a regular hover commuter I am disgusted at what another commuter called this week a 'third world service.' We are continually affected by delayed or no service at all, at least one person in March lost their job because of continued lateness at work. This week, to get on the 8:15 (left about 8:23) we had to arrive by 7:45. Some missed onward travel connections, some then hit long traffic delays. Getting home was equally painful. Craft maintenance is understandable, a lack of contingency planning for this, bad weather, staff shortages etc is not.
