THE weed spraying programme for the borough's roads, pavements and gutters is due to begin on Monday (Feb 11).
The programme, costing £44,574, will also take in footpaths, shopping centres and council housing estates. The sprays have been approved by the Agricultural Development and Advisory Service and are no risk to children, pets or gardens.
