By Suzanne Pert

Tuesday, February 7, 2012

SAINSBURY'S will be temporarily closing the Hunnycross Way petrol station for the refurbishment of the shop there.

The petrol station will close at 11.30pm on Monday, February 13, and reopen at 6am on Thursday, February 16.

The closure will allow Sainsbury's development team to complete refurbishments at the petrol station, which forms part of Sainsbury's wider investment in new facilities in Newport.

The extension of Sainsbury's Foxes Road store is anticipated to be completed in March.
