Priory School pupils making pizza are, from left, Daisy Turner, Millie Prince, Athena Smith and Ruby Hawkins.
A TASTY visit to Pizza Express allowed students to top up on their learning with some lessons on how to prepare their own pizza.
Children from Priory School, Whippingham, learnt about the importance of hygiene in the kitchen and how to prepare food.
The youngsters were able to make their own pizza at the Newport restaurant and took them back to school to eat during their lunch break.
Teacher, Sarah Gully, said: "It was good for the children to visit a different environment, and learn about different jobs people do."
