A BEDMOND boy was ordered to pay £55 costs after carrying out an act of vandalism on a drunken night out.
The 16-year-old, who appeared at Dacorum Youth Court on Wednesday, January 23, admitted charges of criminal damage and failing to respond to bail.
The boy had badly damaged a fence after drinking on Saturday, December 15, last year. The court heard how he had later apologised to the owner and offered to fix the damage.
He was discharged on the condition that he did not commit any further offences in the next 12 months.
He was ordered to pay court costs within 28 days.
