AHEAD of the Commonwealth Games this summer, Watford's Rachel Clark joined up with a provisional national ladies weightlifting team on a weekend trip to Manchester.
Among the activities, designed to help prepare the team for this summer's extravaganza in Manchester, the athletes visited the site where the Commonwealth Village will be erected.
Two-weeks ago Clark won the British title in Manchester, the venue that will host the weightlifting events during the Games.
This is the sixth time the 28-year-old has been national champion.
