Shoppers have been tucking into cheese and wine at Beddington Lane's ASDA supermarket to promote a new schools' computer scheme.
To help boost the supermarket chain's ongoing Computers For Kids initiative, the store's staff tempted lots of shoppers to a special stand they had set up with nibbles and a glass of wine before handing out information and chatting to them about the scheme.
Launched four years ago, ASDA's Computers For Kids Initiative involves customers collecting special tokens with their shopping.
These can be saved and converted into points so parents can club together to purchase the latest in state-of-the-art computers for their children's schools or clubs.
