POLICE have renewed an appeal for information as they try to recover property taken in a Chale Green burglary.

An oil painting of a tall ship in a gold-coloured frame and a box of Thomas the Tank engine diecast toys were taken from a shed near Appleford Road between August and October 2012.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the stolen items should contact the West Wight Safer Neighbourhoods team at Yarmouth Police Station by phoning 101.

Information can be given anonymously by calling the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
