Ron Noades' men travel to Oxfordshire to take on Thame United. Four days later they visit West Sussex to meet Dr Martens' outfit Crawley. This is followed by a contest with West London neighbours QPR, which is sure to attract a gate of 6,000 plus to Griffin Park.

The Bees round off their programme with trips to Maidenhead and conference side Woking. Bees press secretary Peter Gilham is looking forward to the new season and expects it to start better than it finished.

"These are tough fixtures which will present a good workout for the players. Brentford will know who they will play in the first few weeks of the season when the fixture list is distributed in June.
