There will be a carnival atmosphere on the streets of Borehamwood on Saturday, June 23, when the town's annual festival parade takes place. The parade, involving colourful costumes, floats and marching bands, will start in Ripon Way at 1.45pm and proceed along Manor Way, Elstree Way, Shenley Road, Theobald Street, Aycliffe Road, Leeming Road and Brook Road.
