POLICE are investigating a further possible sighting of missing Isle of Wight woman Victoria Bailey.
The 53-year-old woman, reported missing from her home in Red Road, Wootton Bridge, on Saturday, June 7, was spotted getting off the number 12 bus in Freshwater at 2.18pm and is believed to have then walked along the Tennyson Trail.
Detectives are now focussing their search for her in the area of Afton Farm after they received a report of a possible sighting of her on the road between Brighstone and Brook, the B3399, at around 5pm on the same day.
Her phone, a silver or black Samsung GT E2550, is believed to be in the Tennyson Trail area of Freshwater, but it has still yet to be found.
Victoria was wearing sunglasses, a beige or brown jacket, dark top, a scarf and blue jeans.
Police have appealed for anyone who may have seen Victoria and have asked anyone who finds the phone to report it to officers and note its location.
