After less than a month of the new be your own bin man scheme its no wonder she will only be going to Cowes .Shanklin is like a waste tip already with bags on pavements food on pavements and hardly anyone knowing what this money gobbling new scheme is achieving .
If she comes in land she might want to fetch a shovel and bucket to help clear up, and this is just the start .

We met her twice.
Very nice lady, who will be devastated that Terry won't be waving a flag when she visits the hoy paloy Chinese restaurant in Cowes.
Where is that, by the way?

It's a shame the tax payer has to foot the bill for policing events like this.
