AN ALLEGED rapist has been remanded in custody following reports of an attack on a teenage girl in Cowes on Friday night.
The 16-year-old girl was allegedly raped in toilets in Medina Road, Cowes, close to the floating bridge at around 11pm.
Oliver David Lale, 30, of Victoria Road, Cowes, appeared before Island magistrates today (Monday) and was remanded in custody until tomorrow (Tuesday).
