BAD weather could not stop the Isle of Wight’s 'friendly festival' a second time.
Organisers of Rhythmtree at Three Gates Farm, Calbourne, had to reschedule the event in July because of waterlogged ground.
The event was moved to the Bank Holiday weekend, and despite more rain, those behind the event hailed it a success.
The festival featured a line-up including Skip McDonald, who headlined on Friday night, and Vieux Farka Toure, known as the Hendrix of the Sahara, who performed on Saturday.
Organiser Gerry Priddle said: "We delivered what we promised. Considering the weather and the fact we had to postpone the festival, we had a terrific attendance."
