A CAR has been badly damaged after a large rock was thrown at it, prompting an investigation by Isle of Wight police.
Police said the silver Toyota was parked on the owner's driveway in Oakfield when it was attacked on Thursday, last week.
A spokeswoman said CCTV footage showed a youth, wearing a light-coloured hoody with the hood up, throwing a large rock at the vehicle.
Another youth, in dark clothing, could be seen hiding behind a wall at the juction of Reed Street and High Street.
Investigating officer, PC Carolyn Pointing, said: "We are interested in hearing from anyone who may have information to help us identify the two youths seen in the CCTV footage.
"This is the second time that the victim has had his car targeted and the roof and windscreen were both badly damaged. We are keen to find these suspects so they can assist us with our enquiries."
The CCTV was not available for publication at this stage, according to police.
