POLICE have issued an appeal to locate a third suspect believed to have been involved in a conspiracy to murder a man on the Isle of Wight.
Henry Thomas Henderson, 51, of Downsview, Sandown, is wanted by officers for questioning in relation to a brutal attack on a man in Newport Street, Ryde, last November.
Two people, Louise Spence, 26, of Green Street, Ryde, and Anthony Booty, 49, of Preston Close, Ryde, were charged with conspiracy to murder and appeared before Island magistrates on Saturday.
As revealed by the County Press on Saturday, police are hunting for the third suspect and are considering issuing a European arrest warrant as Henderson may have now left the UK.
Police believe he may have left the Island and may have travelled to Wilmslow in Cheshire in February.
Henderson is described as white, 5ft 11ins tall, with short dark brown hair, slim build, and having a Scottish accent.
