ISLAND darts star Keegan Brown crashed out of the World Championships last night (Thursday), losing 4-0 to 16-time champion Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor.
Brown struggled to live with Taylor in the first two sets but came within one dart of taking the third as his form improved.
And the 25-year-old Islander had the huge crowd at the Alexandra Palace, London, chanting his name as he scored an audacious 124 checkout before succumbing to defeat.
He had previously beaten seeded James Wade and Austrian Zoran Lerchbacher to earn his place in the last 16.
