Technical problems cause ferry cancellations

WIGHTLINK has cancelled some passenger sailings today (Tuesday) due to a technical problems with Wight Ryder I.

The cancelled sailings on the Ryde to Portsmouth FastCat service are the 10.10am and 11.10am from Ryde and the 10.40am from Portsmouth.

The company is running a charter vessel, with a crossing time of about 25 minutes, on the 8.40am and 9.40am services from Portsmouth and the 9.10am from Ryde. 

Additional sailings will also run at 10.15am from Portsmouth Harbour and 10.47am from Ryde Pier Head.
