A MAN caught twice for flyposting in Lewisham is set to have his name in lights as part of a council name and shame campaign.
Mark Mason, of Birling Road, Erith, was caught in May 2001, flyposting six posters at various locations across Lewisham.
He had previously been caught on council CCTV cameras in New Cross, in April 2000, and was fined and ordered to pay costs.
On January 16 this year, Greenwich Magistrates' Court fined him £300 and ordered him to pay costs of £400.
Deputy for environment Councillor Paul Morris said: "This man has been caught twice now which indicates that he has no respect for the law or the environment.
"His name will now appear on the council's electronic notice boards around the borough, as part of our naming and shaming campaign against enviro-criminals."
