DISAPPOINTED Tom Jones fans who had tickets to see the star at Osborne House on Sunday will be able to get refunds from HMV from tomorrow (Wednesday).
Anyone who bought a ticket from the store for the gig, cancelled due to Sir Tom contracting bronchitis, will be able to get a full refund, including booking fee, from tomorrow.
A spokesman said: "To obtain a refund ticket-holders are requested to bring their unused Tom Jones tickets to the store along with the credit card used to make the purchase or, in the case of cash payment, proof of purchase where possible.
"Customers are advised that refunds for the concert will only be issued from the original point of purchase - so if customers did not purchase the Tom Jones tickets from HMV Newport IOW, they are requested to contact their original point of purchase/agent for more information.
"Customers should also be aware that there is no refund for the Steps concert, which proceeded as normal, although they will, of course, be able to claim back 50 per cent of the combined Steps/Tom Jones ticket on presentation of the unused Tom Jones portion of their ticket."
