PEOPLE from the Isle of Wight are being urged to take part in a national demonstration against NHS cuts.

The Isle of Wight branch of Unison has organised two coaches to travel to the #ourNHS event, which will see protesters march to Parliament Square, London, on March 4.

Under a banner of 'no cuts, no closures, no privatisation,' it has been organised in protest to NHS and social care cuts.

Demonstrators will gather at Tavistock Square at 12pm and march on Parliament.

Anyone wishing to travel from the Isle of Wight should meet at Coppins Bridge Car Park at 7am, or on the 8am car ferry sailing from Fishbourne.

Places can be booked here.
