Borehamwood Youth U9s were unlucky not to grab a share of the spoils in their match with Hemel Celtic.

The visitors found it hard to break down a solid rearguard, marshalled superbly by Jamie Kehoe and Nick Martin.

Man of the match Joe Reynolds and Andrew Boyle dominated the midfield but scoring chances were few and far between.

The deadlock was eventually broken by Hemel, who had to work hard to keep their lead intact.

Sam Hyslop sent the Blues into an early lead against the same opposition. Both teams were equally matched and Hemel equalised seconds before the final whistle. Notable displays came from Jason Kelly and Danny Planter.
