Kingston Town Neighbourhood's new chairman, Councillor Ed Naylor, has set the committee the ambitious task of improving the town and making meetings more community-friendly.
Groups and individuals in the town and the wards of Canbury, Grove and Norbiton are asked to contribute to the process by contacting Coun Naylor with their views.
He also hopes to improve the committee as a forum for discussion and a pressure group for issues which had to be referred elsewhere.
