PATIENTS, friends and families who have experience of cancer services on the Isle of Wight have been invited to take part in a Healthwatch Isle of Wight Survey.
As previously reported by the County Press, Healthwatch wants to find out if services have improved since their last survey and recommendations.
Anyone who wants to take part can complete the survey online, before Friday, September 29, by visiting https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/ZK6HK8B, or by completing a paper version at the Healthwatch team at the Isle Help Advice Hub in Newport High Street or via People Matter based at the Independent Living Centre, 1-2 Bernard Way, Newport.
"We understand that it may not be easy to sum up experiences in a few words and we really appreciate your willingness to share these. If you wish to share experiences not covered by this survey, you are most welcome to contact us," said Joanna Smith, of Healthwatch Isle of Wight.
Feedback will be anonymised.
