A BROMLEY primary school for children with severe learning difficulties has received a glowing Ofsted report.

Rectory Paddock School, in Main Road, St Paul's Cray, was described by inspectors as “a very good school which provides very good value for money”.

It also complimented the leadership and management and the relationship between teachers and pupils.

But it has also been told to build better changing facilities for PE and improve the curriculum for early years pupils. Headteacher Dr Viv Hinchcliffe said: “The school has now received two first-class Ofsted reports.

“Naturally I am delighted the report commends the school so highly. But staff and governors in this school are never complacent, we will always strive to do better.”
