It will be an early chance for Fulham fans to see Jean Tigana's new-look side in a match against their north London rivals who were beaten by the Cottagers in this year's Worthington Cup.
Morgan has made more than 420 appearances for the club under 10 different managers since signing from Leicester.
The former England under 21 international, who wrote a book charting the club's 1996-97 promotion season, said: "It's a tremendous privilege to be granted a testimonial.
"During my time at Fulham I have seen a lot of changes and experienced many highs and lows but this night will be very special. Hopefully, it will herald the start of a new, exciting chapter in the club's history."
Other attractions include a veterans' match between Fulham and Chelsea.
