MANY Premier Division fixtures fell foul of the weather this weekend in the Winstonlead Kent Football League.
But in Division One Thamesmead Town did manage the trip to Deal - and wished they hadn't.
Finding themselves 3-0 down at the break, Town managed to pull one back on 49 minutes through Phillips. But then the floodgates opened again as the homeside netted a further four goals before the final whistle.
This Saturday Thamesmead's first team travel to lowly Hythe in the Premier. And after two postponements, Greenwich Borough get back into league action at Herne Bay next Tuesday.
