PEOPLE with planning enquiries or who wish to look at development plans in East Herts will now have more time to do so.
East Herts Council will open its Wallfields offices for an extra hour on Thursdays outside its usual 9am to 5pm times.
The extended opening will be trialled for six months to gauge demand.
Starting next Thursday (June 1), two planning officers will be available until 6pm on Thursdays to give advice about making applications or to assist with perusal of applications on neighbouring land or proposed developments in the area.
