A homosexual man appeared before a jury at Harrow Crown Court charged with four counts of indecent assault on a nine-year-old Pinner boy.
As we went to press yesterday, the jury had not reached a verdict on David Rogers, 39, of Combermere Road, Brixton.
In video evidence, the boy, now 10, said that Rogers carried out the alleged assaults seven times between July 1996 and July 1997. Rogers was arrested after the boy told mother and his headmaster of the attacks.
He pleaded not guilty and told the court during his three-day trial that he had never been interested in young boys.
