AN IMPRESSIVE 83 break was among John Delaney’s highlights in a charity snooker match on Friday.
Island players took part in the event at East Cowes Conservative Club, helping to raise £400 for the Hampshire and IW Air Ambulance.
Delaney’s break in the ten-red lineup was followed by a six-ball clearance in just over a minute, which was 40 seconds quicker than any other player.
Organiser, Richard Green, said: "Many thanks to Ben Woodford and Samantha Cooke for their hard work on the night and thanks to everyone who helped to make the event a success."
