ANDY ‘The Viking’ Fordham, the former BDO world darts champion, is playing an exhibition at West Wight Social Club tonight (Friday).

Fordham will play 16 club members and will also host a question and answer session.

Organiser Bob Perks said: “Andy was on the Island for the Jack up the 80s festival during the summer, and I just went up to him and asked him if he would do something for us.

“We’re all really excited and looking forward to what should be a great night.”

The event will be held upstairs in the Avenue Road, Freshwater, club and non members are welcome.

It starts at 8pm.
