THE man charged with the 'Babes in the Woods' murders has been committed for trial at the Old Bailey.
Ronald Jebson, 61, was remanded in custody at Brent Magistrates' Court to appear on Tuesday, May 9, for a plea and directions hearing.
He stands accused of killing Susan Blatchford, 11, and Gary Hanlon, 13, who disappeared from their Enfield homes in March 1970. Their bodies were found in Epping Forest almost three months later.
