PRITTLEWELL Liberal Democrat councillors are starting a monthly surgery for residents.
Mike Grimwade and Ric Morgan will be at St Peter's Church in Eastbourne Grove from 10am to noon on the first Saturday of each month, starting this week.
Mr Grimwade said: "Now we have two Lib Dem councillors in the ward, we are setting up a contact point, which we hope is in a central location and easy to get to.
"There is a large car park at St Peter's as we are near to a bus route. If I know the people of Prittlewell they will soon tell us whether St Peter's is convenient or not as they do on all other issues."
Mr Morgan added: "We are delighted to be involved with such an active community church as St Peter's and hope we are helping in a small way by hiring the newly refurbished Steel Suite.
"I must also thank Earls Hall Baptist Church who offered us one of their rooms for our contact sessions."
