TODAY'S soccer programme on the Isle of Wight was decimated by bad weather.
Clubs across the Island were forced to call off their games due to waterlogged pitches, which included the Sydenhams Wessex Premier League clash between Cowes Sports and AFC Portchester.
In the same league, Newport's game away at Baffins Milton Rovers was also postponed.
Only one match survived, the Division 2 match between Carisbrooke United at home to Brighstone, with the home side hammering the villagers 9-1.
Newport are scheduled to play Sholing in the Sydenhams league Cup at St George's Park on Tuesday (23).
