Former Arsenal player Ian Selley, who cost the Cottagers £500,000, has been plagued by injury since breaking his leg in a match at Bournemouth.

Despite making a comeback and scoring several goals for the reserves, Selley has been unable to break back into Fulham's first team. The other players who have been told they can leave Craven Cottage are Gus Uhlenbeek, Steve McAnespie and Ian McGuckin.

McGuckin, who has never played a full game for Fulham because of injuries, has been linked with Hartlepool. McAnespie, signed for £100,000 from Bolton, is expected to move back to Scotland.
