NOMADS made light work of Wizards, who only had six players.
All of Nomads’ starting five scored early on and played good defence, and by the end of the first quarter they led 25-6.
Nomads used speed and athleticism to their advantage in the second quarter, while youngsters Mitch Gladdis, Harrison Fisher and Jack England all impressed, with Fisher scoring 14 points.
The Islanders continued to play free-flowing basketball to win by a huge 57 points.
Zach Blow led the scoring with 17 points, with four other players in double figures.
Nomads’ travel to Bournemouth Razors on Monday, with the return fixture at Cowes High School on March 28, at 8pm.
